How do I pay for my order? |

We accept cheque payment, cash payment, Internet banking, fund transfer and on line credit card payment in Ringgit Malaysia. |

When and how will my order be sent to me? |

Orders will normally be sent out on next business day and allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Most items are sent via Skynet courier service throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. |

What if my item is damaged during transit? |

There are rare instances when our products are damaged in the delivery process. However, if there are damages, please refuse to accept and contact us at 604-8286567.
Upon receipt please inspect the item carefully. If the defect is only noticed after delivery, please notify us and we will make arrangements for the item to be replaced. |

Do you accept returns? |

We only accept returns for On-Line-Purchased within a 14 days period from the date you receive your order. To return, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Please note that items can only be returned if they are not open and in their original packing. A 50% restocking fee applies. |
